    The section has been and continues to be maintained by members who give a large portion of their time and energy to the IES. The local section awards are meant to honor those who have gone above and beyond for the good of the Section and the Philadlphia Lighting Industry.
     

    Ralph enghouser award

    The Enghouser Award is the highest honor the Section bestows. The award is intended to recognize individuals whose expertise in the field of illumination, spirit of cooperation, and distinguished service to the lighting industry exemplify Ralph Enghouser's high standard

    Members of distinction

    Members who have given more than ordinary service to the Society, or who have distinguished themselves in the art and science of illumination, are recognized through the IESNA by recognition at the Sectional, Regional or Society level.

    The philadelphia fellowship

    The Fellowship of the Philadelphia Section is a self perpetuating honor society, recognizing those members who are giving significantly of their time and energy in the furtherance of the work of the Section.
