Our refund policy for registration fees allows full refunds for cancellations 72+ hrs before an event.  We will provide 50% refunds for cancellations (48 to 72 hrs prior to an event).  No refunds are available for cancellations less than 48 hrs prior to an event due to catering deadlines.

Our refund policy for sponsorships allows for full refunds within 7 calendar days of the initial transaction as long as the refund request is a minimum of 72 hours prior to the event being sponsored (if applicable)
